You transfer part or all your asset to NCF before the sale, thereby reducing or eliminating capital gains taxes, and then NCF liquidates the asset at the right time. Resale Shop
Hidden Treasure Resale Shop was started in December 2010 by OCS to reach out to the community, provide much-needed resources for families in need, and to provide revenue for the school that would keep tuition affordable for our families. Pastors can always contact our shop manager if a family experiences a job loss or house fire. We’ll be there to help! We give away Bibles to anyone who requests one. We are quick to pass on that which God has given us to benefit other ministries if called upon for help. Our volunteers are always ready to pray for our guests if there is a need.
We love new volunteers and donations of gently-used items. If you are interested in volunteering, you can sign up through the Hidden Treasure Resale Shop website. Tax-deductible receipts will be given as well as a hearty “thank you” for helping the King’s Kids!
